Work Overview
This four-movement work in neo-classic style, was originally written for piano duet. It has here been expanded for two pianos in order to allow for greater flexibility of expression and to emphasise the music's inhedrently orchestral character. The movements (Prelude, Toccata, Fugue and Postlude) are thematically linked with the work as a whole demonstrating a cyclical construction in this regard.
