Work Overview

The title refers obliquely to an idea I had in mind while writing this piece: that of a whirlwind of red dust from the strange red interior of the Australian desert. The piece is intended only to hint at such an idea, and also to hint at the spirit of the whirlwind: a restless, capricious spirit playing in a wasteland.
