Arts organisations and funding bodies have been busy, recently, with programs and initiatives devised to address issues of structural and representational inequality. How are we doing so far? Could it be that, while attempting to tackle a number problems that have been identified and largely agreed upon, we're not paying enough attention to the big picture?
