Craig Ross is a Sydney-based
composer and trumpet player, with music represented in the AMEB
brass syllabus and concert band works sold throughout
Australia.
As well as teaching, Craig also has a postgraduate degree from
the Australian Film and Television and Radio School (AFTRS) in
screen composition. His music has aired on the ABC and SBS as
well as several major film festivals here and overseas.
Craig Ross is the Associate Principal Trumpet of the Opera
Australia Orchestra and has performed regularly with the Sydney
Symphony Orchestra including as guest principal trumpet. He has
also studied and composed for several years in Europe.
