Event Details
We’ve teamed up with local spatial audio superhero Stuart James to present three nights of sound and image within a ring of sixteen speakers (and a subwoofer). On the grand opening night of Audible Edge 2021, join us as sonic ghosts, whales, bodies and ideas get tossed about between a fleet of loudspeakers and an ocean of ears. From the worlds of club music, hard digital synthesis, analogue experimentation and conceptual composition alike, five composers from across the planet will send sound rippling through the beaut acoustics of the Old Customs House. Sonic ghosts, whales, bodies and ideas get tossed about between a fleet of loudspeakers and an ocean of ears. Electronic works from composers across the planet.
