UTS Animation and Australia Piano Quartet (APQ) present Barani, a concert combining live chamber music and animation.
Renowned composer and didjeridu virtuoso William Barton has collaborated with violinist extraordinaire, Veronique Serret on a new composition Our Earth, Our Mother which will premiere in a program of live music performed with the APQ’s violist James Wannan and cellist Thomas Rann.
Inspired by Barton’s music and the themes of co-existence, culture, identity and nature, students from Year 2 of the UTS Bachelor of Design in Animation bring to life new visual worlds on the big screen in UTS Great Hall.
