Lachlan Powell’s Speaking Spaces is a truly exploratory work: an environment as instrument has been created with the gaming software Unreal Engine, allowing the player not only to learn the secret sounds of this other-world, but to synthesise their own compositional form through their individual choices in space and time. The composer will be present to answer your questions about this composition you can literally play.
