Club Zho 116 Monday April 27, 2015 The Bunker, Anvil Lane, Mt Hawthorn 7:30pm — AUSTIN BUCKETT (Sydney) — PATRICK QUICK (Sydney) — CHRIS COBILIS AUSTIN BUCKETT (b. 1988) is an Australian artist working in mediums that explore the perception of audible and visual materials through repetition, space, and durational frameworks. These mediums include works for various concert settings, audio-visual installations and the production of conceptually focused studio albums. At this concert, Buckett will perform his recent LP, 'Grain Loops' (ROOM40, 2014). http://www.austinbuckett.com/ PATRICK QUICK is an artist and writer, living and working between Sydney and Copenhagen. At Club Zho 116 he will present a variation of a work first performed at the 2013 Triennial of Extended Media, Belgrade CHRIS COBILIS (b.1979) is a musician/composer living and working in Perth. He works across several disciplines, and has contributed original music to film, dance, theatre and advertising. Cobilis has performed internationally since 2006 and in 2012 was awarded a prestigious Asialink Arts residency undertaken in Taiwan. In 2015 he working with American Poet Kenneth Goldsmith on a project entitled 'Funniest Home Videos'. http://www.chriscobilis.com/
