The Cygnus Arioso Chamber Music Weekend celebrates the artistry and intensity of this most intimate form of music making.
Taking place on our Chamber Music Stage, the first concert of this magical weekend will take you into the world of Debussy’s iconic Prelude to the Afternoon of the Faun in an arrangement for Flute, Clarinet, Harp and String Quartet. Next comes Shubert’s Fantasia for Piano, Four Hands and Lachlan Skipworth’s brief Piano Quartet No. 2. We finish with Cui’s Five Petite Duos for flute, violin and piano.
