Welcome to the inaugural Iranian Music Festival in Sydney, presented by CozyStage!
Join us on Sunday, October 22, 2023, for a captivating journey celebrating Iranian music and culture. Immerse yourself in an exhibition honouring some of the most influential post-Dastgah era musicians. Explore their legacies and impact on music. Experience six music performances, each a representation of the diverse genres rooted in Iranian musical traditions showcasing its evolution, from traditional melodies to modern compositions.
The exhibition will run from 11 am to 7 pm and the performances schedule is below:
Festival Opening: 11:20am – 11:30am
CozyChoir: 11:30am – 12pm
Baaresh: 12:30pm – 1pm
Hamed Sadeghi: 2pm – 2:30pm
Madhouche: 3:30pm – 4pm
Avaye Rood: 5pm – 5:30pm
CozyMinimal: 6:30pm – 7pm
