Claude Debussy’s Préludes feature both magical moments of subtlety and surges of electric virtuosity. Included within the Book 1 collection are popular favourites such as Girl with the Flaxen Hair and The Sunken Cathedral.
Australian composer Melody Eötvös has in recent years rapidly forged a name as one of the countries brightest compositional voices. Her Piano Sonata No. 2 promises to be a journey of vivid contrasts, taking the listener on an emotional rollercoaster.
