Event Details
Guy Strazz brings his World Jazz Quartet to Colbourne Ave with the new addition of drummer Toby Hall. Guy has put together a bunch of new tunes that explore an intriguing dialogue of traditional and new trends in jazz, portrayed in tunes such as Mingus Ashes in the Ganges, Eastern Blues and Antique Land. The band’s first album will be recorded later this month and will also feature tunes by Aaron Flower and Hugh Fraser. Don’t miss this powerful group at their premier Colbourne Ave gig for 2011.
Guy Strazz and Aaron Flower (guitars) Hugh Fraser (bass) Toby Hall (drums)
