Come and see the first gig from James at The Ellington as a leader. James is one of the most natural and talented musicians in the country and has recently returned home to Perth after years of success in Melbourne. His sound is fat and his style oozes soul as well as substance. He has the rare combination of instrumental technique and natural melodic and rhythmic drive.
With instrumental influences from Sonny Rollins to Eddie Lockjaw Davies to Joe Lovano, this will be a special night of music not to be missed.
