Jo Fabro is a powerful and dynamic singer and a regular feature in the Sydney and Australian jazz and soul scene. With her distinctive and edgy voice, Jo has performed both solo and with the Jo Fabro Group in Tokyo Japan, at the Tauranga Jazz Festival in New Zealand, as well as The Wangaratta Jazz Festival and numerous jazz clubs in Australia. 2011 saw the successful release of her debut album, Save My Soul (Birdland Records) and 2012 marks a new direction for Jo, as she works on a new contemporary jazz endeavour with some of Sydney’s finest jazz musicians, performing original Australian jazz works.
