Event Details
One of Australia’s most internationally respected composers, Liza Lim’s music focusses on collaborative and transcultural practices. Ideas of beauty, ecological connection and ritual transformation are ongoing concerns in her compositional work. A rare chance to experience a vast body of her music for only one or two performers at a time, this concert pays homage to one of the truly great voices of Australian composition.
Performers: Alex Raineri (piano), Katherine Philp (cello), Donica Tran (violin), Andre Oberleuter (bassoon) + Dario Scalabrini (clarinet)
