Event Details

Peter Knight (trumpeter, composer, sound artist, Artistic Director of the Australian Art Orchestra, and Seddon resident) leads a discussion exploring the meeting points of different musical cultures in Melbourne’s inner west.

Part-panel discussion, part-performance, this fascinating free event features classically-trained pianist Louise Goh, Sri Lankan-born percussionist Ray Pereira and Ethiopian bassist Yoseph Bekele – all creative artists who navigate between ancient musical traditions and contemporary music-making in Melbourne’s inner west.
