As a part of the Cybec 21st Century Australian Composers Program, four young composers from across Australia are competing to have their compositions performed by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra during the 2013 Metropolis New Music Festival.
In this free concert, audiences are invited to hear the MSO perform the new works by Sam Penderbayne (NSW), Holly Harrison (NSW), Lachlan Skipworth (WA) and Jeanette Little (VIC) for the first time.
This special concert takes place at 6.30pm in the Iwaki Auditorium, ABC Southbank, with Brett Kelly conducting an ensemble of MSO musicians.
