The drama of human life, played out in the microcosm of the cell. avaTara - the Opera is a contemporary music drama about the extraordinary transformation of ordinary people through the catalyst of cancer. It employs multi-media and puppetry to offer a window into the lives of those living with cancer while challenging established conceptions of disease, health and medicine. Fully staged.
