Operatic settings of movement - music and text by Kirsten Milenko Set to Virginia Woolf’s Mrs Dalloway, the work is an operatic setting of one solo character, her shadow-self, and abstractions of mind and memory. A chamber opera & ballet of 35 minutes for dancers and musicians. The work will feature Johanna Maria Nylund as Dalloway, Jessica Lyall as Shadow and an exciting cast of musicians and dancers with conductor Jean Thorel. 'Dalloway' is presented alongside a program of works by Matias Vestergård, Maurice Ohana and Anders Skibsted.
