Event Details
A concert of songs for young voices by Lindsay Aked, educator and composer, to be performed in recognition of his important influence on music education in NSW over a period of thirty years. The one, two, three and four-part songs, with piano accompaniment, have been selected from his numerous song cycles that were written for performances in cluster festivals at the Opera House. They use texts ranging from Shakespeare to primary students.
Performers: singers from the Lindeman Voice Studio.
