Presented by Tura New Music. See Russia’s finest new chamber music artists perform their Perth premiere as part of their first-ever Australian tour. Join the Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble as they perform works by renowned Russian composers Edison Denisov, Alexei Sioumak, Dmitri Kourliandski and Sergei Newski, plus works by Tristan Murail (France) and Beat Furrer (Austria). The Perth concert features Ivan Bushuev (flute), Oleg Tantsov (clarinet), Mikhail Dubov (piano) and Vladisal Pesin (violin). Premiering a new work by well-known Australian composer Michael Smetanin, the Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble performance is an evening not to be missed.
