One of Australia’s most celebrated youth jazz orchestras teams up with one of the world’s leading guitarists to present an incredible celebration of Australian music. Since its inception in the early 1970s, the Sydney Conservatorium of Music Jazz Orchestra (CJO) has formed an alumni that features many of the leading lights in Australian Jazz. Comprising 5 saxophones, 4 trombones, 4 trumpets, guitar, piano, bass and drums, the CJO features many of Sydney’s finest young improvisers. Join the CJO and guitarist James Muller, and led by David Theak, as they play a farewell concert before heading to the Midwest Band Clinic in Chicago.

Doors open 6.30pm for dinner/bar.
Gig starts 8.30pm – with first set until 9.30pm then second set 10 – 11pm.
Dinner is $28 on top of ticket price (GA not concession). Or two courses (premium) for $40 on top. Or drinks and show for $18 on top of GA. The latter means a seat at a table.
