Event Details
Slide Albatross is a new group led by saxophonist Brendan Berlach. The group formed in late 2010 by chance when the three musicians performed a wine bar gig with no repertoire, completely improvised. In this unlikely situation they found a common ground which could be described as migratory music with obvious reference points in genres such as jazz but no stylistic home ground in particular.
