Drawing on the influences of Pärt, Górecki, Radio Head, Dust Brothers and Miles Davis and featuring the full AAO, Soak is a constantly evolving, many-layered palette of sound, accompanied by the visual effects of filmmaker Louise Curham.
The Australian premiere of The Hollow Air, curated by Phillip Slater, will feature guest artist, shakuhachi virtuoso Riley Lee and incorporate sound projection and real time digital manipulation by Greg White. This premiere celebrates Arvo Pärt's 75th birthday in a not to be missed event.
