Ten Tiny Dancers is Sally Whitwell’s all-singing-all-playing-all-dancing cabaret piano recital that premièred at the Famous Spiegeltent in Melbourne and went on to tour the country. Whilst best known as the winner of two ARIA awards for best Classical album for her discs of the music of Michael Nyman and Philip Glass, Sally will present for us here a history of her days growing up as an aspiring dancer. Interlaced with beautiful piano vignettes, Sally’s story is brimming with humour and charm. Needless to say, Pavlova will be on the lunch menu.
