Event Details
The catholics’ first ever performances were for SIMA, playing to packed houses at the Strawberry Hills Hotel on the 4th and 11th of February 1991. In the week in between they recorded their first album. To celebrate their 20th birthday, and look forward to the next 20 years, SIMA presents The catholics (on the exact dates as their debut two decades ago!), welcoming new member Gary Daley on piano accordion and premiering several new compositions. Don’t miss this special event on the 2011 jazz calendar!
