Prize winning composition by Kate Moore, The Dam, commissioned by The Canberra International Music Festival and Betty Beaver, will be performed in The Hague by Moore's ensemble + award ceremony "Matthijs Vermeulen Prize" conducted by Fonds Podiumkunsten and Dag in de Branding.
