Kevin Hunt is an icon of the Australian Jazz world and he is kicking off the very first gig of the year for VJs Jazz Venue in Chatswood. With a career spanning over three decades, Kevin Hunt has continuously wowed audiences side by side with the likes of Simon Tedeschi, James Morrison and Don Burrows. For this very special VJs gig he will be presenting his latest dynamite trio including Karl Dunnicliff and Dave Goodman.
The Kevin Hunt trio plays contemporary improvised music derived from diverse traditions connected with the evolution of jazz style since the 1940s. This will be a very special gig to kick off the 2013 program at VJs Jazz Venue in Chatswood; Bringing Jazz to the North Shore!
