Event Details
Known for his articulate playing, Jackson Harrison is one of Australia’s brightest young pianist-composers. Winning first place at the National Jazz Award at the Wangaratta Jazz Festival in 2006, he went on to record his debut CD Land Tides and accompanying tours received widespread critical acclaim here and in Europe and the USA, confirming his status as one of the most exciting young pianists to emerge in recent years.
Jazz guitarist and composer Tim Rollinson is best known for his work with the Australian band Dig (Directions in Groove). He has also performed with many of Sydney’s great vocalists and instrumentalists, including Vince Jones and The Black-Eyed Susans. Tim is currently playing with The Greasy Chicken Orchestra and the 10 Guitar Project.
