Event Details
Tripataka return after the year of 2020 that put artists in lockdown isolation. This event was scheduled for June but postponed due to another 2-week lockdown. With new repertoire and two new albums in the works, the trio also invite young double bass wizard Rohan Dasika into the fold. Expect a combination of long-form composition with contemporary classical compositional depth alongside spontaneous improvisation and Tripataka’s usual rhythmic drive and exploration into layers of metric stratum.
