"SYDNEY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S JAZZ FESTIVAL PRESENTS Virna Sanzone Quartet Enjoy the cool summer breeze and sip your G&T to the amazing live music of the Virna Sanzone Quartet, at Ruby’s. Virna Sanzone is an Australian icon for jazz and soul, acknowledged as one of our most distinguished vocalists. Having graduated from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Virna currently teaches the next generation of singers by day, and plays alongside the greatest jazz talent in Australia by night. Sanzone’s repertoire features a range re-invented jazz standards – classics like ‘The Look of Love’, ‘What A Difference a Day Made’, ‘Cheek to Cheek’ and ‘Cry Me a River’, all supported by her rich and soulful vocals. Wine and cocktails will be provided by 107 in the astonishing architectural wonderland of Joynton Avenue Creative Centre. This is an outdoor event, and some seating will be available.
