Event Details
The ostentatious Elder Conservatorium Chamber Orchestra celebrates the music and food of Italy in a special concert at Elder Hall on May 31. The orchestra will premiere a new piece by Adelaide composer and musical ‘masterchef’ David John Lang. David’s piece entitled Tiramisu will guide the audience through the creation of the iconic Italian dessert. The rest of the program will feature music by Italy’s greatest composers spanning 300 years including Corelli, Geminiani and Puccini.
