The title track Andromache's Lament is inspired by the character Andromache from Euripides' Greek tragedy and her 21st century representation in Trojan Barbie, by Christine Evans. The impact of the Trojan war on women and the post war plight of women as depicted these plays highlights that only the theatres of war change. The death of loved ones, slavery and anguish are still with us today as wars rage on with no sign of peace in 2025.
