A reduction for 2 pianos is included with the parts. It should assist the performer of the optional piano part (Pf2 ad lib.) in rehearsing as well as teacher-conductors in their work with student ensembles. However, the obligate piano part (Pf1 obbl.) can be used together with the original Consonant Music for String Orchestra or Quartet if it helps in supporting an student/amateur production.
