Summary: 'Doors of revelation': New Zealand composer Phil Dadson has made a piece about the human voice at prayer, a blend of Islamic, Hebrew, Hindu, Christian, Buddhist, Taoist, Polynesian and Melanesian chants, prayers and incantantions. A personal response to the events of and after September 11, 2001. This broadcast was the premiere of the piece, commissioned by The Listening Room.

Summary: 'Grains of voices': The Swedish Radio's entry in the Music category of the 1996 Prix Italia, for which it won special jury commendation. It uses recorded voices to fuse ethnic, cultural and idiomatic ideals into a new form.
