In "Exile, loaves and fishes" composer Vineta Lagzdina uses songs and stories to explore Latvian cultural heritage and generational change. "Deserta rerum" is an evocation of a girlhood in the Australian Riverina. It is by Vineta Lagzdina and Robyn Ravlich from a text by Kate Jennings, and includes original music by Lagzdina.
