Product details
This song cycle is a setting of the poetry of Sydney writer, Kate Middleton. The cycle, for soprano and nonet, explores the stages of Scheherazade's life, as she navigates her life in the presence of her captors. Each movement illuminates an aspect of her life and social struggles. The work treats each instrumental line as a soloist and is suitable for advanced performers.
