Product details
"Het Lam Gods II" is the second work that the composer wrote about the famous triptych "Het Lam Gods" (the Mystical Lamb) by the Flemish painters Hubert and Jan Van Eyck, exhibited nowadays at Saint Bavo Cathedral in Gent (Belgium).
"It is in sonic vapors, sometimes trembling, also overcome by a form of fever and exaltation, that the panels of the upper parts of the triptych are evoked: Adam and Eve, Angels singers and musicians, John the Baptist and the Blessed Virgin, God, Son or Father; then those of the lower part: the pilgrims, hermits, Christ's knights and equitable judges, and finally the Mystical Lamb." Geneviève Mathon.
