While the whole opera may not be available commercially, Part 3 is included in a compilation set of a little over nine hours of music conducted by Patrick Thomas over the years and recorded by the ABC. I was able to download the complete set of discs on the Presto Classical website for about twelve dollars, which also includes other interesting works, including John Antill's Song of Hagar to Abraham the Patriach. The CD compilation release details: ABC Classics - Catalogue Number 476540.
