This is a medium tempo jazz waltz written using harmonic principles from George Russell's Lydian Chromatic Concept of Tonal Organization. It was inspired by Jamaica Pond, a landmark in Boston's Jamaica Plain district. It has an ABAC form and uses some extended harmony.
