"The music on this CD follows a specifically designed affective contour. Its aim is to produce a gradual shift in the listener's level of consciousness from that of ordinary awareness to a dreamlike state filled with imagery experiences and then bring the listener to a peaceful state of relaxed wakefulness. This structure can in some way be compared to Buddhist meditation practices where the ultimate goal is to incorporate the practicioner's realisations into daily life" -- Liner notes.
Capture session: Recorded at the School of Contemporary Arts studio, University of Western Sydney, Penrith.
