This is an arrangement of a folk melody adapted from a tune found in many places, including Waltons Publishing "Ireland's Best Slow Airs". I have used old fashioned quaver notation at times to highlight articulation of the melody and because in some ways the piece is similar to Baroque realisation as is the original ornamentation.
