Product details
This piece for piano and viola explores ways of tracing memory. Can the things that happen in a place or time be somehow recoded or remember if there is no 'physical' evidence of them? Using the performers musical ear to identify and trace each others pitch and dynamic choices, this work uses the concept of the sustained note as a possible memory etch.
