Summary: 'We Hali': A feature from the newly independent East Timor, recorded on location. High in the mountains behind Dili in the district of Ermera is the traditional village known as Fatu Mau Tai, or We Hali. A handful of foreign visitors were guests at a remarkable local festivity. With Catherine Millikan, Senior Conservator from the National Gallery of Victoria, and Jean Berlie, an anthropologist from the University of Hong Kong.
