Product details
The title Wildflower Dreaming is inspired by the artwork of the same name by Emily Kame Kngwarreye who was an indigenous artist of the Utopia region, 270 kilometers North east of Alice Springs. In her work Wildflower Dreaming, the artist offers respect to the spirit of the flowers. After the infrequent rain the desert landscape is transformed into a garden of bright colours. The mix of colours in the artwork and the imagined image of the desert floor transformed into a flowered garden become an impressionist sound image in this work for flute and guitar.
