Work Overview
This work is dedicated to György Ligeti, who has been an enormous inspiration to me as a composer. The work is designed as a companion piece to a new typeset, animated notation score for Ligeti's organ work Volumina (1966) - a work completed on the year of my birth. VOLUMINUM was written for my duo Super Luminum with special quests Bonnie Mercer, Louise Devenish and Mary Doumany who performed the premiere at the Grand Town Hall in Melbourne
