Work Overview

PIANO DENTATA is a wholebody performance created in four single takes one afternoon in late November 2017. It was an outcome of a creative collaboration with Michelle Vine (film) and Luke Jaaniste (audio and editing). While the performances were not pre-meditated, the idea of a four movement work with each movement of different character was an idea we had discussed as a team. The mood of each camera set-ups helped to suggest the musical nature of each movement, and the title PIANO DENTATA and the titles of each of its four movements were derived in retrospect.
