Work Overview
When I was a young child I was very quiet and kept my own company as I was reminded recently by a schoolteacher. He saw me sitting by myself one day and thought I looked sad and troubled so he came over to see what was wrong and saw I was watching a spider build a web. River Life is about being still and listening to the small creatures from the side of a river. This music depicts this scenario. It is an exercise in listening.
