Work Overview

This piece was composed for a concert at St. Paul's Cathedral, Melbourne. The composer will improvise upon the piece for the concert. It is based on an Irish Gaelic tune found in the Waltons "Ireland's Best Slow Airs" (1999). The piece is a panegyric for a county Mayo priest who died in Lough Erne.
