Work Overview
"This elegy for whales was made late in the night at the Wakayama Radio Station, Japan, live to air. The sympathetic strings of the tarhu become the inner voices and feelings of the whales as they are regularly rounded up and dragged behind ships half alive, close to where I am" -- Ros Bandt.
